The action for the step 4 commit fails with a code validation of

Check that all required env variables are set
Check that comments.js includes Create web server
Missing Create web server in comments.js

The code seems to be a valid Node.js code to create a web server.

The check-file step in the workflow "4-copilot-comment.yml" doesn't check the file "comments.js" for anything but the string "Create web server". It only greps the file "comments.js" for the string "Create web server" (case-sensitive).

Can it be case-insensitive? I stumble on this step until I checked actions log and realized what was wrong with my code.
