Opening Discussions

Hello Tarmac Community! 👋

While in my mind Tarmac is still in "interesting side project" status. There has been a bit more attention lately. It may be time to create a place for the Tarmac Community, even if it is still small.

As such, I've decided to open up the Discussions option for this repository. This area is meant to allow users or watchers of Tarmac to ask questions that may not fit in an Issue.

It also gives me a venue to speak to y'all. So let's give this a try and see how it goes!
