I don't have a solution for this, but here is the problem I see
Lots of people coming to the docs will look for a chapter on a common pattern (a db connection, graphql, CORS for an api server). A working example is in the discussions, however I find discussions where not very easy to find.
A potential solution could be to include a link to a pending discussion in the docs?

I don't have a particular solution for this. I understand that the long term solution is to have an outside crate to deal with those (for the db connection), I'm just trying to think of a solution that doesn't require too much effort in the meanwhile. Something else might be to include it in the example folder. At the moment it's just example (singular), maybe there is space for another example that includes sqlx, graphql, and the newly merged options handling PR.
Not particularly attached to this, feel free to ignore, just thought I might share.
