Use Phenotype Terms in Case overview for filtering

Currently the phenotype and disease terms in the Case overview cannot be used to filter variants. It should be possible to do so.

As HPO terms entered via the filter variants are not persisted across sessions, the case phenotype terms would allow an investigator to enter all HPO terms from a clinical evaluation.

As a feature it would be nice if:

1. Filtering by phenotype would show currently entered phenotype and disease terms.
2. These could be easily added to a phenotype prioritization.
