Remove case from VarFish using CLI

Since the features of a site's custom NGS analysis pipelines are evolving over time, it can be required to re-process data that were already made available in VarFish with an updated version of the underlying pipeline.

The pipeline analysis as well as the VarFish ingest procedure should be a fully automated process. In order to keep data in VarFish up-to-date with the latest pipeline developments, it is required to remove a case and re-upload a new analysis version of the same data.

To address this, I suggest a feature that enables programmatic removal of cases using the VarFish CLI.
