Option to provide plugins directly to the Node API (startVerdaccio)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the only way to provide custom plugins to API is by pointing plugins field in configuration to a directory with plugins. This is inconvenient, especially when the main codebase is compiled/built into single JS executable, and plugins need to be built into a separate directory to be picked up by the Verdaccio.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to have ability to provide plugins directly to the API. For example,

  [PluginA, PluginB], // new field here

Or even better (with a little bit of fantasy and large changes to the current API interface):
