How to install cargo domain?

README says using cargo domain to build, but doesn't tell how to install cargo domain.

BTW what's meaning of domain here? Is it just a OS name?

Sorry, the project structure has changed a bit, but the introduction is not updated yet. I will add documentation later. By the way, you can think of domains here as similar to LKM in linux, but with some additional restrictions.
