connection abstract class Implementation

@ht-thomas I'm wondering how the implementation for connection will be, this is what I'm thinking of at the moment. I would like to hear your Ideas

@kallyas this is quite close. However the API you're exposing is that of a socket, but the connection objects will expose APIs specific for the protocol. So for HTTP connection class, it will expose mostly the get and post methods because those are the ones relevant for making calls to the telegram bot API. Websocket would expose send and receive, but we won't be working on that for now because it's irrelevant for telegram.
