[Doc] Documentation Sidebars

I'm suggesting we could have two sidebars for our documentation

1. On the left, we have a sidebar that has all links linking to the other inner pages of the documentation
2. On the right, we have a sidebar that highlights main contents of a given page.

@kallyas I'm not so fixated about the docs for now, but @HassanBahati might look into that.
Also I'm yet to write a description for this section, but the AEP section is for documenting major changes that will be introduced in autobot. Take this as an equivalent of Python's PEP or Django's DEP. So whatever goes into this section must be quite a major change. I'm migrating this discussion to feature requests.

[edit]: This could perhaps be an AEP, but we haven't yet standardized a way of raising and reviewing an AEP yet. But we shall work on it as soon as the first beta version is released.

@kallyas i agree we need 2 sidebars for most sections...the only exception i was seeing is with the home page. I think all other pages need 2 sidebars but as for the home page we actually may not need a sidebar at all

This is because for the home page it doesnt add as much value yet as for organization on other pages, we would require 2 sidebars.
