Could this be used in Docker Cloud to configure Digital Ocean's Floating IPs?

I've setup a floating IP in digital ocean pointing to a node running a load balancer which is part of a docker cloud stack. Just wondering if this image could be used as part of this setup to switch between two load balancers?
