Implement a spam filter.
A web app like this should have a very low entry barrier so a login (as suggested by #3 OAuth) makes sense for feedback - but it does not prevent spam.

I agree, but I think we should be more specific about what specific sorts of filter to implement. I'm going to close this and appreciate more specific ideas or pull requests to reduce spam.
