Spin-off from cobratbq/jitsi@55f6a04#commitcomment-38488640

Tasks:

  • Create issue/request and align with Jitsi team
  • Create issue/request and align with redsolution team
  • Align on authoritative repo for current version and break unnecessary references to redsolution if needed
  • ...

Goals:

  • Clear up which otr4j repo is currently providing packages, which contains new development efforts, what you're choosing between.
  • Provide redirections where needed to ensure users automatically end up at the right repository.

@cobratbq: In first all branches of "otr4j-temp" in "otr4j".
I will see to move all issues after.
And deletion "temp" when all will be done.

It is in repository options :)
