Description
AI Endpoints models that expose an openai-compatible interface can either be accessed through model-specific url or through our unified oai endpoints which routes to all the models and offers a better openai compatibility.
This PR aims to remove references to model-specific endpoints in the doc in order to guide users to the oai endpoint, which will reduce confusion for the upcoming new openai features.
