fly-owlcms is the application to create/restart/update/delete owlcms and publicresults in the fly.io cloud

General

• OWLCMS_REMOTE needs to be set as a secret on the owlcms cloud app to refer to publicresults
• Create log of actions/errors done remotely for diagnosis.

• use a fly.toml file to prevent automatic stop when idle.
• allow updating of shared secret.
• check that the desired app name is free (cannot use DNS, always true).
• delete database when deleting owlcms app
• reload application list after delete

Login

• FIx locking issues on container deployment
• do a fly.io login passthrough instead of asking to fetch token
• create a nice front page
