After upgrading owncloud to 10.12.2 asking me for Enterprise license #510
Comments
no updates on the issue ? |
Trying to reproduce:
I cannot see any unusual behaviour there. Which version of richdocuments are you running? |
I don't remember how I solved it but try to re install richdocuments |
I've done this several times (complete uninstallation and reinstallation). |
Any news about this issue or how to solve it? |
What happens after the demo period? |
Never had such issues. Did you have enabled "Secure View" by any chance which is an enterprise feature? |
Once you are in the 24h grace period, the popup will appear when richdcuments is installed. You have to get out of the grace peroid, either
Waiting 24h may also help, not sure about that... |
I upgraded my owncloud server to 10.12.2 as I would normally while expecting no issue as previous upgrades went smoothly without facing any issues , this time I'm surprised to have pop msg asking for license which I haven't install or use any Ent feature or app as much as I know.
After doing some digging I found there was similar issue with richdocuments triggering the Ent license , which I do have it installed, to make sure it's the same story I uninstalled Collabora Online and checked if the msg would disappear and it did , re install maybe to solve it but no avail it re appeared again!
any solution to this issue?
