Use case: a person changes their login email and wants to connect their previous account to the new email.

Currently if you change the email in the admin panel, the auth0 id from the previous auth0 account will remain attached. We should clear this when the email changes to allow this change to happen.

Related question: does auth0 allow you to change your email?
