Hi pLink developers,

I’ve observed a couple of errors recently in which peptides have been incorrectly mapped to proteins. I've used two different pLink versions, including 2.3.11.

  1. Some of the crosslinks in the “Proteins” column of the pLink report involve residue numbers greater than the number of the amino acids in the protein.
  2. In some cases, the peptide in the “Peptide” column does not derive from either of the proteins in the “Proteins” column.
