Euphonic: X-ray

Enabling X-ray structure factors in Euphonic would be nice to have, and has been requested by users, but ISIS software has to prioritise neutrons so this feature would rely on someone else to contribute (e.g. Diamond). Tasks:

• Speak to contacts at X-ray facilities (Diamond, ESRF) to gauge interest
