Can't click on words in some messages

Bug Description

I can' click on words in these messages for some reason

I can play the audio and look at the translation only

This happens in both IOS and web

@linhtphung Hello! Can you look for some examples on staging? I don't want to test/debug this in a production account.
Also, can you open the message info for these message and take screenshots of the message info content?

That's strange - these messages don't have any tokens attached. Even messages that didn't go through language assistance should still have tokens attached. @wcjord Do you know, off the top of your head, of a set of actions that could result in this? I checked on sentry and didn't see anything related to these messages.

@wcjord While we should definitely try and figure out how this happened, I think we also need some UI changes to deal with messages like this. Messages like this could result from the choreographer being down (or from users using a different matrix client to send some messages, although I doubt that would happen regularly), so it's impossible to get rid of them altogether.

I encountered this again. Can it be because it's sent from someone with a basic account?

I got two messages like this without being able to use the tools for them except the audio. Both were sent from accounts that need to be upgraded @ggurdin

Yeah that might cause it, grammar_lite isn't called for unsubscribed users, so the messages wouldn't be tokenized
