This issue represent the wish to have a JupyterLab RTC playground for end users functional in our JupyterHub deployment via magic castle.

Practically this experimental setup could tolerate bad security practices and such, the goal is to have it practically useful in any way at this point.

The documentation about Jupyter RTC and the JupyterLab RTC implementation is in development still. To catch up, read comments following this: jupyterlab/jupyterlab#10118 (comment)
