Andy considers this a minor recommendation, that is listed in many places in the report, in particular as part of Recommendation 6 in the Recommendations concerning future work_

The Feedback following the 2nd Periodic Report states:

A rich set of dissemination activities have been carried out and more are planned. It is recommended that the project tracks and quantifies the stakeholders’ engagement in the scope of the various activities (e.g., the number and type of stakeholders that will engage in the different events), along with any feedback received. on page 5

Nevertheless, the project’s reports do not provide adequate information about stakeholders’ engagement in the various dissemination activities of the project, the feedback received and how it has been integrated and used in the project. on page 7
