原因是gulp3.9.0在node12.xx和存在兼容问题,，解决方法参考overflow上的问题https://stackoverflow.com/questions/55921442/how-to-fix-referenceerror-primordials-is-not-defined-in-node/58394828#58394828；
本人通过nvm给node降级处到11.13.0得以解决
