Issue Description:

Both DB_HOST and PORT under the $_ENV variable don't provide the correct value.
Based on this doc, I should get something like string(9) "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX" for DB_HOST, but I only get 'dbhost' for DB_HOST and '6033' for the PORT which is different from what I see in "Connection info" under site dashboard..

PS: DB_HOST under PRESSFLOW is also incorrect.
