404 能在rose 中处理吗？？

因为涉及到国际化的问题，不想写在web.xml配置文件中

这个应该不行，rose目前把自己不能处理的请求（包括404），只是简单传给FilterChain去继续处理。如果要rose处理可能要改下源码。
