We already have some tests that use the xcm-emulator for Polkadot, Kusama and System parachains: https://github.com/polkadot-fellows/runtimes/tree/main/integration-tests/emulated/tests

However chopsticks can cover more use cases as per the discussion here: polkadot-fellows/runtimes#103

Also there are already some chopsticks tests here that : https://github.com/AcalaNetwork/e2e-tests

We should try to at least port some of those tests to the https://github.com/polkadot-fellows/runtimes repository
