[Features request] Automatic/Default DNS #83
Description
The AdGuard app includes a feature that I believe should be added by default. Users shouldn't have to choose a DNS provider without knowing how it affects their connection speed. They should be able to independently test which DNS performs best in their current location and apply it at their discretion.
Additionally, a user might find the ideal DNS for their home network, only to experience unnecessary latency when switching to mobile data, where the carrier's DNS might perform differently
