We need a full-duration checkout case that simulates the full mission: (deployment - > follower/leader close approach)

Requirements:

no speedup flag ( we want to be as realistic as possible)
check Piksi off functionality
Ensure we can enable/disable radio
Actually getting to near field state
Begin from deployment
Ensure we can run this on hitl unit
