Gitbook warning for all 3 file types (PDF, epub and mobi): warn: no summary file in this book.

Related issue might be: GitbookIO/gitbook-cli#74 (which came up after I tried the following: https://github.com/reduxjs/redux/pull/1756/files)

Output of gitbook --version:

CLI version: 2.3.2
GitBook version: 3.2.3

Rechecked with a fresh install on a new computer with node 11.1.0, Gitbook 3.2.3 as well as Gitbook 3.2.2 with the fixes suggested here: GitbookIO/gitbook-cli#74 (comment)

Still cannot get more than the introduction :( Perhaps @SamyPesse has an idea!?

@paulkoegel , well I don't know how you managed it to make the styling of the gitbook pdf output looking decent but when you install npm install -g gitbook-summary and then execute book sm within your redux/docs folder you get a auto generated SUMMARY.md. I have renamed this file to README.md which is a valid input for gitbook pdf . test.pdf. There was an error parsing one of the doc pages resulting in an incomplete summary... Maybe this gives you an idea how to fix your repo...

Getting late here, wish you good luck.

fwiw, you may want to check out the methodology that I use here.

The script (cmd or bash) does a lot more preprocessing, but it works nicely.
