Improve speed bottleneck during encoding with conversion to NV12 format #4

Timing results have shown that when encoding frames with NVENC, it is actually the CPU conversion to NV12 which is then sent to the video card that is the slow step, rather than the actual encoding. It would be great to speed this up if possible.
