timeBasedLayout should space out the note heads

When using the timeBasedLayout option in renderAbc, the grace note and accidentals makes it seem like the note head is later than it should be:

The procedure for spacing out the notes seems to be using the left edge of the note including the accidentals and grace notes, rather than the note heads.

Otherwise, awesome project!
