Running deskreen behind NAT or ngrok or firewall or reverse ssh tunnel

Hello, awesome product!
I wish to run deskreen in a private internal server and access it from the web. For this I'm using ngrok exposing port 3131. However this doesn't work. I presume some web sockets stuff which uses other ports to work? Any other ideas?
I also tried port forwarding working with 3131 but again this didn't work.
