Issues with Boleto payment option

Choose Boleto and enter any CPF/CNPJ (eg 11.111.111/1111-11):

Issue #1: Text has not been localised into Portuguese
Issue #2: CPF/CNPJ has not been carried through from the checkout form.

The customer is free to add any CPF/CNPJ, despite having added one at the previous step. So now there can be a mismatch between the one provided at checkout and the one at this step.

Issue #3:

Upon typing the CPF/CNPJ again, this can error without any message indicating the issue.

What I expect to see:

1/ Localised text in Portuguese
2/ CPF/CNPJ is carried across from the checkout page and is not editable
3/ If there are errors with the CPF/CNPJ, this is displayed at checkout.
