Hi, I am looking to run this on google colab. Is there a requirements.txt file or some frozen version of each of the requirements?

Hi! Thanks for your interest. The code base is rather outdated. Could you try following the Dependencies section in README? You may want to check our follow-up work: https://github.com/pcyin/tranX/
