Invalid use of -p parameter in pre-commit

The following commands can be executed and output normally.

pdm export -p ./backend -o ./backend/requirements.txt --without-hashes

pdm-export only runs with the existence of pdm.lock

pre-commit executes as SKIP even if pdm.lock exists

In fact, lock exists before the command and pre-commit are executed.

pdm.lock is under the backend directory, not the root directory, so I tried to specify it with -p.
