Finding the application to run

Hello there , I have installed all the npm modules needed in the file directory Cornelly , but when it comes to running the app i am having hard time with it , when i run a windows command line file under the folder node_modules/.bin it runs the electron website prompting to drag the app on it in order for the file to start running but i don't know which file is the actual app!
