Signal monitor doesn't work anymore

hy..
I have Huawei B525s-23a and in previous version (V7) signal monitor is working excellent but now in newer version v1.1 (I try and v1.0 version) is not working anymore.
Please can you fix it..

Are you on 4G network? Can you show the error log?

Tomorrow I'm getting a new B818 router so I'll have 2 with which I can test ..
When I run the program this new program that you send me I get this in the log for B525 ..

No, it still doesn't working..

The program can read the signal reading from my b818 and b525. Weird it not working on others. 😩

Is there any progress on the update? I have Huawei H312-371 4g/5g router and it worked fine with 1.1 version but after firmware update last month it doesn't work anymore.

In front page it detects and fills from Model: to Wan IP address: correctly, after that everything is just blank.
