Currently we assume that registrars are EOAs, this might add with ERC1271 signature validation in the future, and perhaps ZK based like zkemail.

Another case to cover is on-chain registries, such as ENS. For now we consider this to be a low priority, since an address can be resolved via ENS and then looked up on Multipass from the frontend.
