I'm sorry if this is not possible, but Red Dashboard needs it's own instance so I try to make a request for a new egg, that will communicate with the RedBot egg.

From the documentation it is needed the Linux installation and the running the webserver with reddash command only. The COG configuration is for RedBot not for the DashBoard.
