`/assets/` is publicly accessible when when public access is disabled

• Disabled public access using LEAFWIKI_PUBLIC_ACCESS=false environment variable
• tried to access any page -> redirected to login page
• tried to access /assets/ -> able to access and the files uploaded on the instance
