Configuration/setup for an ActivityPub based social network for perl programmers/topics.
Goals:
Setup a short form social network for the niche of perl programmers
Stretch Goals:
Create a perl based ActivityPub server that can work with many of the existing clients out there (basically the Mastodon API for most of them, main examples are Pinafore and Tusky) Create a perl based web frontend for said server.
