Changing primary system language causing the app to display wrong Location Access Status in the Location section of Popover screen.

Also, with changing primary system language the location button in the Location section of Popover screen displayed with wrong title.

Details to repeat: macOS 13.6.4.

But macOS 10.13.6 is ok.
