There is no feature to draw dotted lines and shapes like in xournalpp

I want to draw lines and shapes with dotted lines.

Describe alternatives you've considered
drawing it manually with the pen

Xournalpp has this menu on pen selection:

The "line type" also applies to shapes:

derkrasseleo added the enhancement label
