I don't see an action.yml associated with this repo.

I'd really love a good GitHub action for Pester to exist and would be happy to make one for Pester.

@nohwnd if you're ok with me writing an action, assign the issue to me and I'll get one working.

Sure go for it. This is how GH currently describes testing powershell scripts. https://docs.github.com/en/actions/automating-builds-and-tests/building-and-testing-powershell
