Arch Preset for Octane

Hello everyone, and a big thanks to the Pest team, especially for Pest v3! ❤️

Now that we have architecture presets, how about adding an Octane preset? This preset could check for specific Octane requirements.

For example, using View::share() in an Octane project may not be ideal since the shared value persists between requests. These kinds of issues could be flagged with an architecture test to help prevent the use of unsafe methods when working with Octane.
