Can you support socks5 Over TLS or other encrypted proxy protocol？

As you known, many countries have Internet censorship, especially in China. In few days, the MTProxy protocol was accurate identified by GFW(the server in worldwidecan beidentified).

We need a new strong inner proxy protocol(e.g socks5 over tls, shadowsocks with simple-opfs)
