Research

I develope molecular dynamics simulations models of RNA. I am particuarly intestered in studying RNA phase seperation. Currently I am working on simulation of RNA homopolymers in various ionic environments.

News

05/24/2024: I presented a poster at the 41st Graduate student symposium at UB: pdf photo.
03/09/2024: I passed my PhD qualifying exam and became a PhD candidate! 🥳
12/09/2023: I publised an review article on the topic of photo-activatable bioorthogonal reagents: pdf.
10/01/2023: I joined BioSim lab at UB, embarking my journey as a computational chemist!
04/27/2023: Our work on a new bioorthogonal ligation reaction was published in JACS: pdf.
