[Feature] A way to reattach a window with only the mouse/touchscreen #140

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There's no way to reattach a window back to the scrolling grid without depending on the keyboard (Meta + F to reattach in my case).

Describe the solution you'd like
That Karousel detects if I'm holding a window and the cursor/finger is near a window horizontal/vertical border (depending on the grid), it would open up the space, mark it with a transparent square and when I release it, the window would snap into place.

Or in the case of end or beginning of the tiling space, snap to the right or left respectively, depending on what window borders I'm currently holding the floating window on or if they are the edges of the grid.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A simple option in the window menu context where I could toggle "Floating" with a checkbox would be good for a preliminar implementation.

Additional context
I'd like to freely detach and reattach windows from and to the grid without with only the touchscreen, without depending on the keyboard to do so.

I'd be really grateful :D This is becoming my new favorite way to use Plasma nowadays
