Intregation problem after Home Assistant 2023.3.0

Hi,
After update to Home Assistant 2023.3.0 i heve integration problems. I've just get to remove integration & restart HA.

Now i can download from HACS again and restarted HA.

If i try to add intregration/TAPO/ then i've got that error:
Error
Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble

some ideas?
