move CORE from PROD to Zimbor.GO.ro

create PROD schema in ZIMBOR.go.ro so we can decomission the Linux VM machines

Risk:
if the on premise machine is down both ENV will be down

Pro:

• we need to pay attention only on one machine
• reduce costs with ~ 2500 RON per year

step 1)

• need to create "shaqodoon" CORE from PROD with different name in Zimbor.go.ro
  -- we could use "peviitor" or "jobs"

step 2) need to update "jobs" core with data
step 3) need to update "auth" core with data from PROD
step 4) need to update API to point to new machines/cores
step 5) test this is working
step 6) be sure code is in github (do not change code directly on PROD machines)
