Tasks for processing data for the assessment:

Landings: coastwide

  • Pull final data from PacFIN
  • Pull final data from RecFIN
  • Finalize script data_commercial-catch.R

Indices of abundance

  • WCGBT (Error distribution: delta gamma)
  • NWFSC Slope (Error distribution: delta lognormal)
  • AFSC Slope (Error distribution: tweedie)
  • Triennial early (Error distribution: delta gamma)
  • Triennial late (Error distribution: delta gamma)
  • Finalize script to pull all together and format for SS3 data_survey-indices.R

Discard

  • Discard rates
  • Discard mean weights
  • Discard fishery lengths
  • Finalize script data_commercial-discard.R

Compositions: length bins seq(18, 20, 2), age bins 0:50

  • PacFIN fishery lengths
  • PacFIN fishery marginal ages
  • Finalize script data_commercial-bds.R
  • Survey lengths, marginal ages, and CAAL
